We provide a 24-hour service with an emphasis on making sure that our clients have adequate staffing around the clock. We provide temporary and permanent staffing and are also able to assist with any additional recruitment needs. We are the first call agency for the provision of caring staff for night and day cover.
Atoma enterprise is a company set up to service the needs of Health care organizations to find suitable caring staff predominantly for day shifts. We understand that Healthcare is a 24-hour, 365 days-a-year business and as such requires true flexibility whereby Healthcare institutions are adequately staffed around the clock. Our temporary staffing division understands the hardship faced by the Majority of Healthcare institutions with finding caring staff that are willing to workday shifts whereby the preference of the majority of agency carers tends to be for night shifts. Atoma enterprise provides a Niche service whereby all temporary carers on our books are required to be flexible enough to accommodate both day and night shifts.

We, therefore, aim to provide you with an experienced Consultant who will get to know you, your needs, demands and method of work. Our consultants work closely with our Carers and so are best placed to know which Carers have the relevant skills and experience for your role.
At Atoma enterprise, we aim to provide a service that can be trusted. We aim to have a relationship with our clients and Carers which allows for transparency. As a client, you are free to come to our offices to conduct audits or request for files to be sent to you for audit at your convenience. We aim to build lasting relationships with our clients whereby we are known as providing a valued service.
At Atoma enterprise, we believe in best practices. Each Nurse has to go through a stringent registration process, a process which only allows the very best Carers to be placed in Atoma enterprise. We have drawn up with the help of our clinical Doctors and Carers drug calculations and clinical scenarios to test the clinical competency of each Nurse wanting to work via Atoma enterprise. We also carry out detailed vetting covering professional registration checks, Disclosure and Barring Service checks and referencing. Every Nurse is required to have at least 12months of experience in their chosen specialty before they can apply to work with us. We have an experienced and dedicated compliance team, who work closely with the Consultants to make sure all our Carers have the relevant qualifications and updates. Our working relationships with Occupational health departments, DBS and Healthcare Training companies have enabled us to provide an efficient, productive service hub to support you.
